Description

Raikou (dp3-16, Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Lightning Pokémon printed in the Secret Wonders (dp3) expansion. Its Poké-Power lets you place a damage counter on an opponent's Benched Pokémon when you attach Lightning Energy from your hand, and its Thunder Climb attack discards the top three cards for extra damage while allowing discarded Lightning Energy to be attached to one of your Pokémon. A Legendary Beast from the Johto Pokédex.
