Raikou (dp3-16 Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic Pokémon from the Secret Wonders expansion. Its Poké-Power Thunder Rumble lets you, when you attach Lightning Energy from your hand to Raikou, put one damage counter on an opponent's Benched Pokémon. Its Thunder Climb attack discards the top three cards of your deck to deal 50 plus additional damage for each Lightning Energy discarded and then attaches those Lightning Energy to one of your Pokémon.
