It has the Poké-Power Minus Charge that can draw you 2 cards if any Pokémon were Knocked Out during your opponent's last turn, and an attack (Tag Play) that for 1 Lightning deals 20 damage and can move an Energy to a Benched Pokémon if Plusle is on your Bench. The card has modest defensive traits with Fighting weakness, Metal resistance, and a one Colorless retreat cost.
