Minun (dp3-32) is a Basic Lightning Pokémon card from the DP-era print run. It has the Poké-Power Minus Charge, which can let you draw two cards once during your turn if an opponent knocked out any Pokémon on their previous turn and cannot be used while affected by Special Conditions. Its Tag Play attack deals 20 damage and can move an Energy from Minun to one of your Benched Pokémon if Plusle is on your Bench.
