Description

Lugia (dp3-14 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Colorless Pokémon from the Secret Wonders expansion. It has Silver Wing, which can return an Energy from the Defending Pokémon on a heads coin flip, and Psychic Destruction, a high-damage attack whose base damage drops sharply if the Defending Pokémon has any Energy attached. The card's combination of energy disruption and conditional heavy damage makes it useful for both stripping opponent resources and finishing off weakened Pokémon.
