Blastoise (dp3-2 Reverse Holofoil) is a Stage 2 Water-type Pokémon from the Secret Wonders expansion and a Rare Holo variant. It has the Poké-Power Waterlog, which lets you attach any number of basic Water Energy cards from your hand to your Pokémon but ends your turn when used. Its Hydro Pump attack deals 50 damage plus up to 40 additional damage based on extra Water Energy attached to Blastoise beyond the attack cost.
