Description

Lapras ex (svp-164 Holofoil) is a Basic Tera Pokémon ex promo from the Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos. While on your Bench it prevents all damage done to itself by attacks, and it has two attacks: Power Splash which deals 40 damage for each Energy attached, and Larimar Rain which lets you look at the top 20 cards and attach any Energy found there to your Pokémon. Its ex status means your opponent takes two Prize cards if it is Knocked Out.
