Description

Eevee ex (svp-174 Holofoil) is a Colorless Basic Tera Pokémon ex promo from the Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos set. It has the Rainbow DNA Ability allowing it to evolve into any Pokémon ex that evolves from Eevee when played from hand, and an attack called Coruscating Quartz that deals 200 damage for Fire/Water/Lightning. Its Bench-protecting rule prevents all damage to this Pokémon while on the Bench but it follows the Pokémon ex clause of giving the opponent 2 Prize cards if Knocked Out.
