Volbeat (ex2-53) is a Grass Basic Pokémon from the Sandstorm set with the Poké-Body Uplifting Glow that interacts with Illumise. Its Toxic Vibration attack flips a coin to Poison or put the Defending Pokémon to Sleep, and Pester does 20 damage or 40 if the target has a Special Condition. Uplifting Glow reduces Volbeat's Retreat Cost to 0 while Illumise is in play, enabling easier retreat strategies.
