Pichu (ex2-20 Reverse Holofoil) is a Lightning-type Basic Pokémon from the Sandstorm expansion with a Poké-Power called Baby Evolution. Its Baby Evolution Poké-Power lets you put Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu as an evolution during your turn and remove all damage counters from Pichu. It has an attack, Energy Retrieval, that lets you attach up to two basic Energy cards from your discard to one of your Pokémon at the cost of placing damage counters on that Pokémon.
