Pichu (ex2-20) is a Basic Lightning Pokémon from the Sandstorm set featuring the Poké-Power "Baby Evolution." Its Baby Evolution Poké-Power lets you put Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu once during your turn and remove all damage counters from Pichu when you do. Its attack, Energy Retrieval, lets you attach up to two basic Energy from your discard pile to one of your Pokémon at the cost of placing damage counters on that Pokémon. Debuted in the Sandstorm expansion as a Basic Lightning Pokémon with a Baby Evolution Poké-Power.
