Omastar (ex2-19) is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon from the Sandstorm set and is printed as a Rare. Its Pull Down attack can return the highest Evolution card from each of your opponent's Evolved Pokémon to their hand, and Hydrocannon deals 30 damage plus up to 40 additional damage depending on extra Water Energy attached. With two Colorless retreat cost and a Lightning weakness, it functions as a midgame attacker that can disrupt evolved opponents while scaling damage with Water Energy attachments.
