Swampert (ex1-13 Reed Weichler) is a Water-type Stage 2 Pokémon from the Ruby & Sapphire expansion illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita. It has the Poké-Power Water Call, which lets you attach a Water Energy from your hand to your Active Pokémon once per turn if Swampert is not affected by a Special Condition. Its attack Hypno Splash deals 50 damage and also puts the Defending Pokémon to Sleep, offering both damage and disruption.
