Silcoon (ex1-43, Reverse Holofoil) is a Grass-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Ruby & Sapphire set with Uncommon rarity. It has the Poké-Body Hard Cocoon which lets you flip a coin when Silcoon would be damaged and on heads reduce that damage by 30. Its single attack, Gooey Thread, deals 10 damage and prevents the Defending Pokémon from retreating until the end of your opponent's next turn.
