Description

Rainbow Energy (ex1-95, Reverse Holofoil) is a Special Energy from the Ruby & Sapphire expansion. While attached, it provides one Energy of every type but only one Energy at a time and deals 1 damage counter to the Pokémon when attached from hand. Its splash-of-all-colors effect makes it useful for multi-type decks or for meeting hybrid attack costs without including many basic Energy types.
