Metal Energy (Reverse Holofoil)

Description

Metal Energy (ex1-94 Reverse Holofoil) is a Special Energy from the Ruby & Sapphire set that provides Metal Energy while not counting as a Basic Energy. It reduces damage done to the Metal Pokémon it's attached to by 10 (after Weakness and Resistance), but the effect is ignored if the Pokémon isn't Metal. Debuted in the Ruby & Sapphire expansion as a Special Energy card.
