It has Steady Punch for a low-cost, coin-flip damage option and Sky Uppercut as a stronger attack whose damage ignores Resistance. As a Pokémon-ex, it yields two Prize cards to the opponent when Knocked Out, making it a higher-risk, higher-reward attacker.
