While on your Bench it is immune to all damage from attacks, and it has two attacks: Sob, which prevents your opponent's Active from retreating next turn, and Torrential Pump, which deals heavy damage and can hit a Benched Pokémon if you shuffle Energy into your deck. As an ex Pokémon, it gives up two Prize cards when Knocked Out, trading survivability for a bigger Prize penalty.
