Rescue Board (sv8pt5-126) is a Pokémon Tool Trainer from the Prismatic Evolutions expansion printed in an uncommon Poke Ball Reverse Holofoil variant. It reduces the attached Pokémon's Retreat Cost by one Colorless and completely removes retreat cost if that Pokémon has 30 HP or less. The card also notes the general Tool attachment rules allowing one Tool per Pokémon and normal attachment timing, which defines how it can be used strategically in deck play.
