Description

Raging Bolt ex (sv8pt5-166 Holofoil) is a Basic Dragon-type Pokémon ex from the Prismatic Evolutions set with an Ancient subtype. Its first attack, Burst Roar, discards your hand and draws six cards, and its second attack, Bellowing Thunder, can deal 70 damage times the number of Basic Energy cards you discard from your Pokémon. As a Pokémon ex it follows the ex rule where knocking it out awards the opponent two Prize cards, and it has a three Colorless retreat cost which affects mobility decisions in deck-building.
