Description

Pikachu ex (sv8pt5-28 Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic Tera ex Pokémon from the Prismatic Evolutions expansion. It has two attacks, Tail Whap for moderate damage and a high-damage Thunder that also deals 30 recoil to itself while carrying the Pokémon ex drawback of giving the opponent two Prize cards if knocked out. Pikachu is a flagship Pokémon species appearing since the game's debut as the franchise mascot.
