It lets you choose an Ogerpon ex in your discard pile and switch it with one of your Ogerpon ex in play, keeping all attached cards, damage counters, Special Conditions, turns in play, and other effects on the new Pokémon. It also reiterates that you may play any number of Item cards during your turn, allowing multiple uses of Items in the same turn.
