Jolteon ex (sv8pt5-30) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Tera Pokémon ex from the Prismatic Evolutions expansion printed as a Play Pokemon Stamp Holofoil. It has two attacks: Flashing Spear, which can discard up to 2 Basic Energy from your Benched Pokémon to add 90 damage per card to a base 60 damage, and Dravite, a high-damage attack that prevents this Pokémon from attacking on your next turn. Its ex rule means your opponent takes 2 Prize cards if this Pokémon is Knocked Out, and while on your Bench it prevents all damage done to itself by attacks.
