Fan Rotom (sv8pt5-85) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon from the Prismatic Evolutions set. Its Fan Call Ability lets you, once during your first turn, search your deck for up to three Colorless Pokémon with 100 HP or less and add them to your hand. Its Assault Landing attack deals 70 damage but only functions if a Stadium is in play, making it conditional damage and giving it a specific board dependency.
