Eevee (074/131, Reverse Holofoil) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon from the Prismatic Evolutions set with the Boosted Evolution Ability. Its Ability lets it evolve while in the Active Spot on your first turn or the turn you play it, enabling fast evolution plays. It also has the Reckless Charge attack that deals 30 damage but inflicts 10 damage to itself, offering early aggression at the cost of self-damage.
