Binding Mochi (095/131, Reverse Holofoil) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool from the Prismatic Evolutions set. It increases damage dealt by attacks of the Poisoned Pokémon it’s attached to by 40 (before Weakness and Resistance) and follows normal Tool attachment rules. It can be attached only one per Pokémon and multiple Tools may be attached during your turn per the card’s reminder text.
