It has a single attack, Float On, that deals 10 damage but requires a coin flip that may cause the Pokémon to do 10 damage to itself if tails. Its low cost and one-energy attack make it a low-impact early-game or filler Pokémon with Grass weakness and a one-colorless retreat cost.
