Feebas (xy5-43) is a Common Basic Water Pokémon from the Primal Clash set. It has a single attack, Float On, that deals 10 damage but requires a coin flip or the attacker deals 10 damage to itself on tails. Its low cost and simple effect make it suitable as an early-game attacker or filler in Water decks that need a one-energy attacker.
