Kirlia (pop7-8-Normal) is a Psychic Stage 1 Pokémon from POP Series 7. Its Psychic Research attack lets you pick a Supporter card from your discard pile and apply that Supporter's effect while the card stays in discard. Its Telekinesis attack deals 40 damage to any of your opponent's Pokémon and ignores Weakness and Resistance, allowing it to target benched Pokémon or bypass modifiers.
