You may discard all Lightning Energy attached to Ampharos. If you do, this attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon that has any Energy cards attached to it. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Ampharos (pop7-1 Normal) is a Lightning Stage 2 Pokémon from POP Series 7. It has the Poké-Body Jamming that puts one damage counter on each of the opponent's Pokémon when a Supporter is played, limited to one Jamming effect per turn. Its Cluster Bolt attack does 70 damage to the active and can discard all attached Lightning Energy to deal 20 damage to each of the opponent's Benched Pokémon with Energy.
