Sceptile (pop4-5 Normal, printed 5/17) is a Grass-type Stage 2 Pokémon from POP Series 4. It has the Poké-Power Energy Trans, which allows you to move a Grass Energy attached to one of your Pokémon to another of your Pokémon as often as you like during your turn. Its Tail Rap attack costs three energy and can deal up to 100 damage by flipping two coins, making it a high-variance attacker.
