Plusle (pop3-5, printed number 5/17) is a Basic Lightning Pokémon from the POP Series 3 set illustrated by Sumiyoshi Kizuki. Its Cheer Up attack lets you draw a card and draws two instead if Minun is also in play, enabling direct partner synergy. It also has Positive Ion, a coin-flip Lightning attack for extra damage, and Body Bolt, which targets an opponent's Pokémon that has any Poké-Bodies.
