Description

Rare Candy (clv-25-Holofoil) is a Trainer card from the Pokémon TCG Classic - Venusaur expansion. When played, it allows you to put a Stage 2 card from your hand directly onto a Basic Pokémon, skipping the Stage 1, but it cannot be used on your first turn or on a Pokémon that was put into play that turn. It accelerates evolution-focused decks by shortening the time needed to access powerful Stage 2 attackers.
