It has Dazzle Dance, which Confuses the Defending Pokémon and deals 10 damage, and Ambush, a 20+ attack that flips a coin to add 30 more damage. With a one-colorless retreat cost, Fire weakness and Water resistance, it can serve as a cheap attacker or status enabler in early-game lines.
