Reversal Trigger (bw10-86, Reverse Holofoil) is a Team Plasma Pokémon Tool Trainer card from the Plasma Blast expansion. Attach it to a Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool, and if the Team Plasma Pokémon it's attached to is Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack you may search your deck for a card and put it into your hand. Because it is an Item Pokémon Tool that lets you retrieve a card when the attached Team Plasma Pokémon is Knocked Out, it can be run in decks.
