Chatot (bw10-77) is a Colorless Basic Team Plasma Pokémon from the Plasma Blast expansion. Its Misinformation attack discards all Pokémon Tool cards attached to each of your opponent's Pokémon, and Tone-Deaf deals 20 damage and Confuses the Defending Pokémon. With a single Colorless retreat cost and modest damage, it is best used as a niche tech to disrupt Tool-centric strategies rather than as a primary attacker.
