Description

Dizzying Valley (me2-88 Reverse Holofoil) is a Stadium Trainer from the Phantasmal Flames expansion. While in play, it prevents Confused Pokémon from recovering that Special Condition when they evolve or devolve and occupies the Stadium slot until a different Stadium is played. It's a Stadium Trainer legal for deck use that stays active in the Stadium slot and alters how Confused interacts with evolution until another Stadium replaces it.
