It features the Grand Wing Ability that forces an opponent to place their hand on the bottom of their deck then draw four cards, plus a one-Grass attack that deals 60 damage and gains 60 more if a Stadium is in play. With a low-cost attack and a disruptive hand-control effect, it can serve as a secondary attacker and support piece in deck strategies.
