Description

Raticate (me3-61 Reverse Holofoil) is a Colorless Stage 1 Pokémon from the Perfect Order expansion, printed as 061/088 and listed as Uncommon. It has Scrape Off, which discards all Pokémon Tools from the opponent's Active Pokémon before dealing 20 damage, and Retaliatory Incisors, which does 40× damage for each damage counter on your Benched Rattata. Both attacks cost a single Colorless energy and the card's low retreat cost makes it easy to deploy, though the second attack requires you to set up and damage Benched Rattata to reach high damage.
