Poké Pad (me3-113-Holofoil) is an Ultra Rare Trainer Item from the Perfect Order expansion. It lets you search your deck for a Pokémon that doesn't have a Rule Box, reveal it, and put it into your hand. That restriction makes the card especially useful for fetching basics and other non-ex/V Pokémon to improve deck consistency.
