Klefki (sv4pt5-159) is a Basic Psychic Pokémon from the Paldean Fates set with a Shiny Rare holofoil variant. It has the Ability Mischievous Lock which prevents Basic Pokémon in play from using their Abilities while Klefki is Active, and an attack called Joust that discards all Pokémon Tools from the opponent’s Active Pokémon before dealing 10 damage. Its role is defensive/control-oriented, disrupting opponents that rely on Tools or Basic Pokémon Abilities while providing a small attack and one retreat cost.
