It has an attack, Bang Boom Chain, that lets you discard any number of Pokémon Tools from your Pokémon to deal an additional 40 damage per card discarded and a second attack, Electro Ball, dealing 70 damage. Its modest retreat cost and Fighting weakness make it a straightforward aggressive attacker that can scale damage by sacrificing attached Tools.
