Its Energy Stream attack lets you attach a Metal Energy from your discard pile to itself, and Metal Scissors does 40 damage plus 20 more for each Metal Energy attached to it. With a two-colorless retreat cost and weaknesses/resistances typical for Pokémon TCG cards, it functions as a mid-stage attacker that grows stronger as you load it with Metal Energy.
