Description

Raikou (neo3-13 Unlimited Holofoil) is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon from the Neo Revelation set and is printed as Rare Holo. It has the Pokémon Power Lightning Burst that forces the opponent to switch a Benched Pokémon when you attach a Lightning Energy from your hand, and the attack Lightning Tackle which deals 50 damage but deals 20 to Raikou on a tails coin flip. Its role is a Lightning attacker that also pressures opponent bench positioning through its ability.
