Description

Raikou (printed number 13/64, First Edition Holofoil) is a Lightning-type Basic Pokémon from the Neo Revelation expansion. Its Pokémon Power, Lightning Burst, forces the opponent to swap a Benched Pokémon into the Active position whenever you attach a Lightning Energy from your hand and stops working if Raikou is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed. Its single attack, Lightning Tackle, costs three Lightning energy for 50 damage but requires a coin flip that deals 20 damage to Raikou on tails.
