Dark Omastar (neo4-19 First Edition) is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon from the Neo Destiny expansion. It has an attack that can force an opponent to shuffle the highest Stage Evolution card from a chosen evolved Pokémon back into their deck on a coin flip and a second attack that deals 30 damage and prevents the Defending Pokémon from evolving on the next turn. As a Stage 2 with two retreat costs and Grass weakness, it fits into slower, control-oriented decks that leverage disruption and evolution denial.
