Description

Counterattack Claws (neo4-97 First Edition) is a Trainer — a Pokémon Tool from Neo Destiny that attaches to one of your Pokémon without an existing Tool. While attached to your Active Pokémon, it triggers during the opponent's turn when that Pokémon is damaged: you flip a coin and on heads place two damage counters on the Defending Pokémon, then discard the Tool. The card functions as a single-use reactive tool to potentially punish attackers and then is discarded after resolving.
