Its Electromagnetic Induction attack lets you search your deck for up to two Lightning Energy cards and attach them to one of your Pokémon. Its Explosive Thunder attack discards all basic Lightning Energy from Raichu to deal 30 damage per discarded Energy, providing a potential high-damage finisher at the cost of those Energies.
