Ninetales (dp2-32) is a Stage 1 Fire-type Pokémon from the Mysterious Treasures set. It has the Poké-Power Color Shift, which lets it copy an opponent Pokémon's type until end of turn, provided it isn't affected by a Special Condition. Its Fire Blast attack deals 60 damage but requires discarding a Fire Energy attached to Ninetales.
