Feraligatr (dp2-8 Holofoil) is a Stage 2 Water-type Pokémon from the Mysterious Treasures set, illustrated by Kazuyuki Kano. Its Energy Cyclone attack lets you reveal any number of Energy cards from your hand to deal 20 damage each and then places those Energy cards on top of your deck. Breaking Tail is a secondary attack that forces your opponent to discard a random card from their hand and deals 60 damage, giving it a disruptive role alongside raw damage output.
